Dear Mark,
Jon and I are thrilled with our jewelry you designed and made just for us. It was worth the time it took and are awesome. I look at the one of a kind pendant and feel as if it's in the shape of an "H" designed by you and feel it is an "H" for Housour. Thank you very much. Looking forward to your next visit to Jack Lewis Jewelry in Bloomington, Illinois. The Secret Heart is very special to us and the fact that you designed all of the pieces. Thank you so very much.

To Dipti, Mark and the Entire Schneider Team,
Shainna and I first met in early 2009 at the great Southern Cultural Mecca known as ‘The Florabama’, a famous Beachside Roadhouse located on the border of Florida and Alabama overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We both journeyed there initially to witness the annual “Mullet Toss,” an event where Contestants throw freshly caught Mullets (a type of fish) across the state line for prizes and drinks. This is needless to say, hilarious to watch, but instead of watching bar patrons exhibit their fish throwing skills, Shainna and I spied each other cruising around and soon found much more interesting things to talk about than flying fish. Right from the get-go we were both fascinated with each other, from our mutual sense of humor to our debatable dance skills, whatever we did just seemed to bring us closer together. After a whirlwind romance and summer of love, we sadly went our separate ways in the fall, but always maintained a sweet spot for one another as the years went by.
Fast forward to 2012, where I find myself stationed overseas in Japan and Shainna finds herself living in New Orleans. Following what was a rough winter for both of us, a periodic checking in with each other soon grew into a consistent, almost daily picking of each others’ brains. Being on the literal other side of the planet didn’t slow us down, and soon enough I found myself asking her to be my date to a Formal Ball the Navy throws every year out here in the Far East. Lo and Behold, a few short weeks later found me nervously waiting at the arrivals gate with flowers in hand at Narita Airport in Tokyo. To my delight, the little flame that had never really gone out from all those years earlier once again became a raging fire as she walked out to see me, her impish smile making me feel all of four years old once again. The next few weeks found us traveling all over Japan, down to Hiroshima, ancient Kyoto, and back to Tokyo. It became apparent very quickly to both of us that we not only still loved each other, but always loved each other and it was clearly a dumb idea to remain apart any longer. Such was the intensity of our renewed love that I proposed without a ring, a plan, or any idea where we should be married, all I knew is that we needed to spend the rest of our lives together.
Which of course, leads us to the problem of finding a ring! Since we were now blissfully engaged yet without a ring, Shainna and I soon started discussing what kind of rings she liked, soon realizing that we had an opportunity to design a custom ring exactly how she wanted. I originally set about to accomplish this task during the course of my deployment visiting several well known Jewelers throughout Asia, yet kept being told time and time again that the design Shainna wanted was “impossible” with one Jeweler even telling my bride that “it’s not about what you want”. Clearly baffled at this response, we continued our search until one day Shainna stumbled upon Mark Schneider’s website, with his rave reviews and fabulous designs. Mark and our account manager Dipti, worked with us every step of the way, providing us constant feedback and pictures throughout the design process. It truly felt like a collaborative effort and resulted in a set of wedding and engagement rings that truly brighten our hearts every time we look at them on our hands. Mark Schneider Designs has truly outdone themselves and earned a new set of life long customers! We are eternally grateful for helping to making our vision a reality!

I had the hardest time finding an engagement ring that I liked. I searched and searched and searched. I came across an ad for your jewelry and my search was over. You have the most unique and creative designs that I have ever seen. I did not want a ring like everyone else's. The last thing I wanted to hear was, "Your engagement ring looks like so-n-so's." I told my boyfriend that as long as he picked a ring from your collection, I would be the happiest girl in the world. He picked your "Reminiscent" ring and it is gorgeous! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being so original in your beautiful creations.

I want to thank you!! We got engaged last night with your escape ring and it is even more beautiful than I imagined. Your jewelry is amazing and I can't imagine my special day with any other ring. We looked at other engagement rings with similar shape, but nothing compares and no one else has the Secret Heart! It is the ring of my dreams!! I wasn't sure what drew me to this ring, but I knew it was the one and there could be no substitute! Once Andy proposed and I saw it on my finger, it all came clear to me. I am a tropical girl at heart and on my finger, I see my engagement ring and the ocean wave that the gold makes around the diamond! Thank you for making my dream day complete - Jana L Weeks (soon to be Baylis)

I just wanted to say Thank You for such a beautiful engagement ring. My husband and I have been married for over 3 yrs now, and I still get compliments on my ring, "Adore", at least once every few weeks. We live in a small town, so most people have similar rings. There are only so many places to buy from! When I saw Adore in a magazine, I knew it was the ring, and my husband went out of the way to get it for me. Not only did I get what I wanted, but you guys were so great to work with us in helping us get the engagement ring even without a store nearby. I hope to have another ring from Mark for an anniversary in the future, and to pass my ring down through the family. Thanks so much!

Your engagement rings bring tears to my eyes, literally. They are absolutely gorgeous. My mother passed away in 2000 and left me her wedding ring for my future marriage, which recently my boyfriend proposed. However, her wedding ring is not wearable at the moment, and my ultimate dream is to wear her ring the day I walk down the aisle in the summer of 2011. Your "Serendipity" engagement ring is absolutely beautiful and I hope to one day have one of your beautiful rings. This ring by far explains how my fiance and I met. If I could explain in one word how much meeting this man has changed my life, it would be this ring, Serendipity. Thank you so much, Mark and to your staff, for crafting such beautiful rings which I hope to one day have on my finger.
