It has been close to 17 years and we still love the rings that Mark created for us. The personalized service we received then and now continues to bring us back. Mark is a true artist. Over the years we had the continued support the various sales personnel that we have worked with, especially Donna. Thank you again.

Dear team at Mark Schneider Design, every other day I catch myself gazing fondly at the beautiful Flora ring on my finger and I just have to send my love and thanks! Especially to the brilliant Mark, the craftsmen, and Danielle & Dipti who have provided Ben & I more attentive and committed service than we could ever ask for.
I have loved my (now husband!) Ben for 7 years.
I have loved the Flora ring for 4. Haha.
It was so perfect that Ben chose to give me the ring during our engagement shoot. Now we have photos of the moment to cherish forever.

In a vast empty field where the grass freely misbehaved-- crunched golden under our feet here and sprung dewy fresh there.
In front of an abandoned house in sweet shambles, with unknown history written in its white wind-buffed stone and the grain of its aged timbre beams...
Perched on the threshold of the doorway with no door like an open invitation into his heart, life and home, he holds in outstretched hands his declaration thus written... "I just love the way you are. You are so precious to me. You are my epiphany."
With a quiet, certain smile; with no need to ask... And from a heart that, as always, desires that I lack nothing, he gives me my ring.
I received the ring yesterday - both my wife & I love it! The engraving is very very nice and the ring is perfect. Thank you! It was a pleasure working with you and that you kept me abreast of each step and you're very professional and cordial.
Thank you again!
I just wanted to say thank you so much to Donna Gurr and Mr. Mark Schneider himself for the AMAZING custom engagement ring and wedding bands they made for my new husband and I. I get stopped everywhere I go from ladies young and old asking to see my rings, and how absolutely stunning they are. My husband's wedding band is so HIM! Black tungsten with a unique square cut to it where his 3 white diamonds are placed. When he saw his band for the first time at the alter he was so shocked at what I had chosen for him. Later he told me how much he loved his band and how it was exactly what he wanted. Everyone at the Long Beach show room is so sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. No one tried to push us, rush us or up sale us like other jewelry stores we had gone to previously. We knew from moment one THIS was the place to be and will continue to be for all our fine jewelry purchase's in the future. My husband promised me another custom band to my engagement ring for our 5 year anniversary or when our first child is born! So we'll see just how soon he'll be back! He does have some birthdays and Christmas's to keep in mind too! Again thank you so so so so much!
Jon and I are thrilled with our jewelry you designed and made just for us. It was worth the time it took and they are awesome. I look at the one of a kind pendant and feel as if it's in the shape of an "H" designed by you and feel it is an "H" for Housour. Thank you very much. Looking forward to your next visit to Jack Lewis Jewelry in Bloomington, Illinois. The Secret Heart is very special to us and the fact that you designed all of the pieces. Thank you so very much.

To Dipti, Mark and the Entire Schneider Team,
Shainna and I first met in early 2009 at the great Southern Cultural Mecca known as "The Florabama," a famous Beachside Roadhouse located on the border of Florida and Alabama overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We both journeyed there initially to witness the annual “Mullet Toss,” an event where contestants throw freshly caught Mullets (a type of fish) across the state line for prizes and drinks. This is needless to say, hilarious to watch, but instead of watching bar patrons exhibit their fish throwing skills, Shainna and I spied each other cruising around and soon found much more interesting things to talk about than flying fish. Right from the get-go we were both fascinated with each other, from our mutual sense of humor to our debatable dance skills, whatever we did just seemed to bring us closer together. After a whirlwind romance and summer of love, we sadly went our separate ways in the fall, but always maintained a sweet spot for one another as the years went by.
Fast forward to 2012, where I find myself stationed overseas in Japan and Shainna finds herself living in New Orleans. Following what was a rough winter for both of us, a periodic checking in with each other soon grew into a consistent, almost daily picking of each others’ brains. Being on the literal other side of the planet didn’t slow us down, and soon enough I found myself asking her to be my date to a Formal Ball the Navy throws every year out here in the Far East. Lo and behold, a few short weeks later, I found myself nervously waiting at the arrivals gate with flowers in hand at Narita Airport in Tokyo. To my delight, the little flame that had never really gone out from all those years earlier once again became a raging fire as she walked out to see me, her impish smile making me feel all of four years old once again. The next few weeks found us traveling all over Japan, down to Hiroshima, ancient Kyoto, and back to Tokyo. It became apparent very quickly to both of us that we not only still loved each other, but always loved each other and it was clearly a dumb idea to remain apart any longer. Such was the intensity of our renewed love that I proposed without a ring, a plan, or any idea where we should be married, all I knew is that we needed to spend the rest of our lives together.
Which of course, lead us to the problem of finding a ring! Since we were now blissfully engaged yet without a ring, Shainna and I soon started discussing what kind of rings she liked, soon realizing that we had an opportunity to design a custom ring exactly how she wanted. I originally set about to accomplish this task during the course of my deployment visiting several well known Jewelers throughout Asia, yet kept being told time and time again that the design Shainna wanted was “impossible” with one jeweler even telling my bride that “it’s not about what you want.” Clearly baffled at this response, we continued our search until one day Shainna stumbled upon Mark Schneider’s website, with his rave reviews and fabulous designs. Mark and our account manager Dipti, worked with us every step of the way, providing us constant feedback and pictures throughout the design process. It truly felt like a collaborative effort and resulted in a set of wedding and engagement rings that truly brighten our hearts every time we look at them on our hands. Mark Schneider Design has truly outdone themselves and earned a new set of life long customers! We are eternally grateful for helping to making our vision a reality!
